Welcome to Brother’s Keeper! A comic strip about two brothers growing up together who are just trying to make sense of the modern world around them.
Benjamin Keeper is a happy, energetic, and technologically advanced thirteen year old. He spends much his time exploring computers, robotics and other matters of science. He can be a bit of a worrier and sometimes a little too smart for his own good.
Jacob Keeper is a smart fifteen year old with a big heart for animals. He looks after his brother and tries to keep a clear eye on the ridiculous ways of the world but sometimes slips into a cynical mood.
Joseph Keeper is the positive thinking single father of Ben and Jacob. He works as a copier repair technician and is often at odds with his house during home repairs, but does his best to keep a positive attitude through it all. The time he spends with Ben and Jacob keep him on his toes and helps to keep him young at heart.
Fluffy is the the life-loving family pet box turtle. He has a unique way of looking at everyday situations. He will often point out the obvious with brutal honesty, but at the end of the day, he knows he can rest easy because Ben and Jacob give him a sweet life of luxury. That is, by turtle standards of course.
Mrs. Fetzennagel is the widow who lives up the street from Ben and Jacob. She is Swiss-German and has a very strict work ethic. She believes to live is to work and loves to hire Ben and Jacob to work in her yard.
Sarah Peterson is the vegetarian, talkative, and thirteen year old neighbor of Ben and Jacob. She is very athletic, plays multiple sports and goes to school with Ben. She also has a secret crush on Jacob and often volunteers to do school projects that will give her the opportunity to ask Jacob for help.
